2022 IEEE Malaysia Section FYP Competition

The 2022 Edition

Dear IEEE Members, Students, Final Year Project Supervisors,

IEEE Malaysia Section (Student Activities Committee) invites all 2022 final year students to participate in 2022 IEEE Malaysia Final Year Project (FYP) Competition.

It is open to all undergraduate students who are currently undertaking their Final Year Project or have recently (in 2022) completed their studies. Students must be a student in any Malaysian Institution of Higher Learning (Government & Private). Both IEEE student members and non-members could participate.

Students can submit their Final Year Project in one of the following tracks

Important Notes

This competition is FREE OF CHARGE (FOC). You do not need to pay any fees to participate.

We advise the participant to consult with your supervisor on the most suitable track you should go for.

Please refrain from email us to request for a suitable track for your project, because we cannot help the participants to decide.

If you are submitting using your university Gmail account, you may not be able to access since you need to upload files. This is for security reasons by your university. Please use your personal account to submit. 

How to Join?

Participants only need to submit TWO items:

Your FYP Poster

A1 size (594x841mm)
PDF format

Abstract

A4 size (210x297mm)
PDF format

Submission Procedure

Fill in IEEE 2022 FYP Competition Registration Form @ here.

Poster (A1 size) and abstract (one-page) must be saved in PDF format. The naming convention is as follows:

  • Poster Filename: IEEEFYP2022_poster_<track number>_your_full_name
  • Abstract Filename: IEEEFYP2022_abstract_<track number>_your_full_name

Example:

  • Poster: IEEEFYP2022_poster_Track8_Firstname_Surname
  • Abstract: IEEEFYP2022_abstract_Track8_Firstname_Surname
