Dear IEEE Fellow, Senior Members, Members, and Graduate Student Members,
This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting for the members of the IEEE Malaysia Section. The details of the meeting as follows:
Date: 6th February 2021 (Saturday)
Time: 10.30 am – 12.45 pm
Venue: Online Platform (WebEx)
You are cordially invited to attend the AGM. Please do the online registration by 2nd February 2021. The link to the AGM will be provided ONLY to the registered members.

The IEEE Malaysia Section AGM Agenda:
1. To accept the minutes of the 30th Annual General Meeting [15 minutes]
2. To receive the Chairman’s Report for the 2020 Session [30 minutes]
3. To receive the Treasurer’s Report and Accounts for the 2020 Session [15 minutes]
4. To present the revised constitution to allow for chapters to be registered [30 minutes]
5. Dissolution of the committee for the 2020 session
6. Election of the committee for the 2021-2022 session and to appoint 2 auditors [30 minutes]
7. Any other business [15 minutes]
