Dear IEEE Fellow Member, Senior Members, Members, and Graduate Student Members,
This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting for the members of the IEEE Malaysia Section, and its Chapter. The details of the meeting are as follows:
Date: 6th February 2021 (Saturday)
Time: 8.30 am – 4.00 pm
Venue: Putrajaya Marriot Hotel, Putrajaya
You are cordially invited to attend the AGM. A door gift shall be given to the first 200 members who are eligible to vote, attend the F2F meeting, and sign-up for the meeting via online registration by 2nd February 2021. - To accept the minutes of the 30th Annual General Meeting
- To receive the Chairman’s Report for the 2020 Session
- To receive the Treasurer’s Report and Accounts for the 2020 Session
- To present the revised constitution to allow for chapters to be registered
- Dissolution of the committee for the 2020 session
- Election of the committee for the 2021-2022 session and to appoint 2 auditors
- Any other business
