DescriptionWe are looking for motivated and energetic Master candidates (Master by research) to carry out the following research project;
Title: Formation and Characterization of Molybdenum Disulfide/Reduced Graphene Oxide Heterostructure on Paper Substrate
Duration: 2 years
In this project, the viability of advanced 2-dimensional materials (namely Molybdenum Disulfide and reduced graphene oxide) for flexible electronic application is investigated. Parameters involved in the device fabrication process are varied and their effect to the characteristics and performance of the device will be analyzed.
General requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in electrical/electronic/material engineering or other related degree.
2. CGPA above 3.0 for fresh graduate (Admission requirement by UTM)
3. Interested in material and device engineering area.
All candidate from any background is welcomed to apply. The selected candidate will be guided to become familiar with the topics, experiments and analysis.
