Bringing Inventions from Concept to Commercialization through Patents

IEEE Technology and Engineering Management Society (TEMS) Malaysia Chapter would like to invite you to participate in an online talk. This talk is part of the series that focuses on commercializing research projects.

This is an introduction to Intellectual Property with a focus on patents. Ms Lee Jia Ee will be presenting on the importance of patents in business, the role of patents in technology transfer and how one can obtain monetary benefits through patents. Ms Lee is a registered patent, trademark and industrial design agent in Malaysia. She is a partner of Global IP Southeast Asia (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (GIP ASEAN – MALAYSIA) and is currently overseeing the operation of Global IP Southeast Asia Pte Ltd (GIP ASEAN), a member of United GIPs that is based in Singapore.
