Dear IEEE Fellow, Senior Members, Members, Graduate, and Student Members,
The IEEE Malaysia Section Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group and the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, UTP, are proud to bring you the 3rd MY WIE Congress 2020 on the 18th December 2020, from 9.00 am to 12.00 noon via MS Teams.
The 3rd MY WIE Congress 2020 is a half-day program targeted for working women, especially in the field of science, engineering, and technology, and female undergraduate and postgraduate students, who will be stepping into the working world one day.
As we are all aware, throughout 2020, COVID-19 has been transforming the world in many ways. Hence, the theme chosen for the 3rd MY WIE Congress 2020 is “Women’s careers in the time of COVID-19” to shed light on how we should deal with this situation. It aims to inspire and motivate women to pursue and remain in the STEM field despite all the challenges.
