CAREER SUCCESS AMONG MALAYSIAN WOMEN ENGINEERING ACADEMICIANS (SURVEY)

We are a group of researchers from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) conducting a study on career success factors among women engineering academicians in Malaysia. This research work is funded by the IEEE Region 10 Women In Engineering (WIE) under Activity Support Fund 2014.
The objective of this research is to examine the relationship between personal, social and organizational factors on women engineering academicians’ career success. We would appreciate if you could answer the questionnaire (less than 10 minutes) at the following link
