I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate our volunteer, Dr Mohd Hafiz Ismail from UniMAP, for winning the R10 Educational Activities Outstanding Volunteer Award. For this category, Dr Hafiz is the only winner in Region 10. He is also the winner of the IEEE Malaysia 2019 Outstanding Volunteer Award announced recently.
