Registration

  • Each accepted paper should be covered by the registration of one of the paper co-authors.
  • The corresponding registration fee must be paid within the deadline of the final submission of the accepted paper.
  • Accepted papers which are not associated to a registration of one of the co-authors will neither be included in the conference program nor in the proceedings.

Full registration

The registration includes:

  • 1 conference kit with proceedings,
  • 1 banquet dinner ticket
  • Admission to all technical sessions
  • Tea/coffee breaks for two days
  • Lunch for two days
  • 1 paper upload with maximum of 6 pages/paper
  • A discount of 20% would be provided for 2nd paper
    (the registrant must be a co-author of the associated paper(s))
  • Conference Kit would be provided for one registration with full fees only

Student registration

The registration includes:

  • 1 conference kit with proceedings,
  • 1 banquet dinner ticket
  • Admission to all technical sessions
  • Tea/coffee breaks for two days
  • Lunch for two days
  • 1 paper upload with maximum of 6 pages/paper
  • Conference Kit would be provided for one registration with full fees only

Extra banquet tickets

Extra banquet tickets can be requested at an extra cost of 50MYR/person via prior registration. Extra banquet tickets are subject to availability.

  • Registration and payment must be made by before the deadline in either Ringgit Malaysia (RM) or US Dollar (USD).
  • For IEEE Members: Please bring your IEEE Membership card and present it during registration for verification of membership.
  • For Student Members: Please bring your Student ID card and present it during registration for verification.

Mode of Payment

1. Online Payment

Credit/Debit card and all other online payments are to be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) or United States Dollar (USD) through the registration and payment website at EDAS.

2. Offline Wire Transfer

NOTE: Please mention your Paper ID in transaction reference. After performing the wire-transfer, please email a copy of the transaction to ieeescored2023@gmail.com for record management. All bank charges are to be borne by the participant.

Official Receipts & Invoices

An official receipts will be issued during the Conference Registration for every participant.

All computer generated Invoices can be downloaded from EDAS. However, upon request Official invoice can also be generated and sent.

Certificate of Participation

Each presenter who successfully presented paper(s) during the conference will be issued with a certificate of participation.

The NAME PRINTED ON THE CERTIFICATE WILL BE BASED ON THE EDAS REGISTRATION.
