Description The objective of this work is to develop a realistic and reliable localization technique for crowd configurations as in pilgrimage. The expected outcome from this work is new finding whether the range-free localization technique is reliable and practical for crowded. This is beneficial for Hajj organizer to pinpoint the exact location of pilgrims in crowd, manage the crowd efficiently and conduct necessary safety measures.

1. Enrolment for On Campus Full Time mode in Master programme under the Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering at UTP.
2. Tuition fee waiver under the UTP Tuition Fee Assistantship Scheme2.
3. Full or partial funding for attending local conferences.
4. Funding to cover publication fees in ISI/SCOPUS-indexed journals.
5. Research is parked under the Centre of Intelligent Signal and Imaging Research (CISIR), which was awarded National Higher Institution Centre of Excellence (HICoE) status by the Ministry of Education.

1. Malaysian national.
2. Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering from recognized University.
3. A CGPA of 3.20 and above or Second Class Upper Division.
4. Proficiency in Matlab/C or C++ languages/Network Simulator (an advantage). 5. Excellent command in written and oral English.
6. Proactive and able to carry out research independently.
