Is it no longer possible to work in isolation for any research? Working in teams is the only way. However, dysfunctional working in teams may then leads to the downfall of an otherwise excellent research project. We intend to help our participants see the distinct advantages of working in a team, and also help them understand and develop strategies to overcome difficulties which often arise when lots of clever people come together to work towards a common goal.
