The 4th IEEE Curtin Sarawak Student Branch Exhibition will be held at Curtin University, Sarawak Campus (Miri) from the 22nd to 23rd of August 2013. For the first time since it’s inauguration in 2009, the IEEE Student Branch at Curtin University Sarawak Campus, together with IEEE EMBS Malaysia Chapter is opening the exhibition to universities and institutes in Malaysia and its surrounding regions. There are no registration fees involved, interested exhibitors are given the opportunity to exhibit their work to the community in Borneo – our main objective is to feature technology of the new era to the community in Miri and Borneo.
The exhibition is open to all disciplines of engineering. This is a national level exhibition and is competitive in nature, there will be awards and recognitions to be won (according to categories). Exhibits should be in-line with the theme of the exhibition “Technology of the New Era” in order to qualify for the best paper/ exhibit awards, for any specific category. Awards will be sponsored by identified industries and identified societies such as EMBS Malaysia chapter.
We invite exhibitors to submit a 4-page long technical write-up (using standard IEEE A4 conference format) detailing the work carried out for the exhibit. The write-up will be compiled as an edited proceeding of the 4th exhibition.
