Dear IEEE Malaysia Section Members, Technical Chapters, & Student Branches,

Join us in celebrating IEEE Day 2026 as we bring together engineers, researchers, and innovators under the global theme: ” Leveraging Technology for a Better Tomorrow”

We invite all IEEE Technical Chapters, Affinity Groups, and Student Branches to showcase their innovation, run technical activities, and host workshops at our upcoming flagship event.

📅 Event Details

Date: 17th October 2026 (Saturday)

Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Venue: Universiti Kuala Lumpur British Malaysian Institute (UniKL BMI), Gombak

Perks: Exclusive membership offer—IEEE is providing a US$30 discount on new memberships along with various IEEE Society membership promotions during the event, plus complimentary refreshments for all guests, a dedicated food truck zone, and high-energy interactive programs!

🎟️ Participation & Space Options (Commitment Fees)

To ensure dedicated participation and seamless room allocation, the following commitment fees apply:

•⁠ ⁠Exhibition Booths:
Student Branches: FREE
Technical Chapters: RM 300 commitment fee
(Includes 2 tables, 4 chairs, power supply, and high-speed internet)

•⁠ ⁠Seminar Room (80 pax): RM 500 commitment fee (Ideal for hands-on workshops & break-out sessions)

•⁠ ⁠Lecture Hall (150 pax): RM 700 commitment fee (Ideal for major symposiums, keynotes, & large competitions)

•⁠ ⁠To ensure an impactful and cohesive celebration, we are looking forward to achieving the following milestones together:

•⁠ ⁠Exhibition Booths for Chapters: Each participating chapter will be allocated an exhibition booth to showcase its flagship projects, research, and upcoming activities.

•⁠ ⁠Increased Visibility: Use this platform to put your chapter in the spotlight and engage directly with students, academia, and industry professionals.

•⁠ ⁠Membership Drive: Leverage the crowd and excitement of IEEE Day to recruit new members and passionate volunteers to your chapter.

📩 How to Participate

If your chapter is interested in organizing an activity, running a booth, or hosting a track under the IEEE Day 2026 umbrella, please submit your proposal to us outlining your activity concept and space/booth requirements.
