The IEEE Malaysia Section and IEEE Universiti Malaya (UM) Student Branch, cordially invite students, academics, practitioners, and researchers to submit papers to the 23rd IEEE Student Conference on Research and Development (SCOReD 2025), which will be held on 25 – 26 November 2025 at Universiti Malaya, Malaysia.
