Call for Nomination: 2025 IEEE Council on RFID Malaysia Chapter Outstanding Awards
Dear members of IEEE Council on RFID,
This year, the IEEE Council on RFID calls for nominations for a number of Awards. These awards are meant to recognize the exceptional contributions of high-performing members in the areas related to RFID. The awards registration will be extended until 15/01/2026 (Thursday) at 11.59 pm. All members are welcome to submit your nominations. The details of the awards are:
Outstanding Publication Award
The Chapter recognizes the publication effort by the members based in Malaysia in Top Tier RFID related Journals, including IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation, IEEE Journal of Radio Frequency Identification, etc.
Research Excellence Award
The Chapter honors outstanding researchers based in Malaysia who have made great research achievements in RFID-related areas such as journal publications, research grants, etc. for the past 5 years.
Final Year Project Award
The Chapter honors the outstanding undergraduate final year project based in Malaysia who have made great achievements in RFID-related areas for the year 2025.
Outstanding Master’s Thesis Award
The Chapter honors the outstanding postgraduate master’s thesis of the student based in Malaysia who has completed master’s study for the year 2025.
Outstanding Doctoral Thesis Award
The Chapter honors the outstanding postgraduate doctoral thesis of the student based in Malaysia who has completed doctoral study for the year 2025.

Please nominate the eligible nominee with supporting documents (paper etc) exemplifying their contributions. Self-nominations are acceptable.
