Dear IEEE Malaysia Members,

We are pleased to inform you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the IEEE Malaysia Section, where we will gather to reflect on the accomplishments of the past year and discuss plans for the future.

Details of the AGM:

Date: 7th February 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 08:00 am – 2:00 pm
Venue: Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

Agenda:

  1. Acceptance of the minutes of the 35th Annual General Meeting
  2. Receipt of the Chairman’s Report for the 2025 Session
  3. Receipt of the Treasurer’s Report and Accounts for the 2025 Session
  4. Any other business (AoB)

Program:
08:00 – 10:30: Registration
08:00 – 10:30: Chapter AGM (Please check with the respective Chapter)
10:30 – 11:00: Coffee Break
11:00 – 13:00: IEEE Malaysia Section 2026 Annual General Meeting
13:00 – 14:00: Lunch
